How to Login to cPanel

Introduction

In this tutorial, you will learn how to access your web hosting plan by login to cPanel

To access your hosting account or server control panel, please review your hosting account welcome email. You should be able to locate your cPanel server URL, cPanel username and password.

 

What you’ll need

Before you begin this guide you’ll need the following:

  • Client area logins (need to be a customer to login);
  • cPanel username and password;
  • Server hostname or the server IP address.

Method 1 - Acessing cPanel using the Client Area

The simply way to login to cPanel is from the Client Area becouse you don't need to remenber or type in your username and password becouse all your services are conected to your Cliente Area.
To get started Login to the Client Area and follow the steps bellow.

1.1 On the Client Area subheader click on >> Services >> My Services
1.2 Look for the hosting account or the associeted domain name and click on it 
1.3 On the left side of the Action Section you will see the option >> Login to Cpanel

 

Method 2 - Acessing cPanel using your Domain Name

cPanel is globally accessible on cPanel/WHM based servers by typing any domain or IP associated/pointed to the server. If you domain name is already pointed to the server simply type:


http://example.com/cpanel

Remember to change 'example.com' with your actual domain name. When you access the cPanel URL you will be directed to a secure login page to input your cPanel username and password.

Method 3 - Acessing cPanel using your Server Hostname

Alternatively, in case your domain name hasn't propagated you can use the server hostname or server Ip address to access your cPanel hosting account. 
Both the server hostname and the server IP address are included in your welcome email if you have signed up with Mozdomains.

 
http://srv1.mozdomains.com/cpanel

Remember to change 'srv1.mozdomains.com' with your actual server hostname or the server IP address from your hosting account welcome email. When you access the cPanel URL you will be directed to a secure login page to input your cPanel username and password.
